Dee's love for film and television started while watching films with her dad. Always curious about their creation she began watching behind the scenes content. After seeing how much fun the cast and crew were having, she knew that was where she wanted to be.

 

In 2010, she started working as a freelance editor for a number of video marketing companies. She climbed the ranks to Production Supervisor and Lead Editor at Nantucket Community Television from 2018 to 2021.

 

In 2021, she switched gears from video marketing to commercial editing, landing an editor position at Sibling Rivalry Studios in New York City.

 

While working full time she also started DeeTale Productions LLC in 2024, continuing her editorial career. Now, she is a Creative Director and Editor who also likes to dabble in VFX.
